Full playable Boris Todbringer, maybe with a few cheap reskins of Ulric/Middenland units and Emil Valgier as legendary hero for him(I really doubt we need two legendary lords with focus to Ulric/Middenland units).Unique starting position for Volkmar(maybe Sudenburg?).I can imagine Empire will get this in Warhammer 3:
